By accessing or using FHApply.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform or services.
FHApply.org provides application assistance for Universities of Applied Sciences in Austria and Germany, including AI-based profile review, program matching, document legalization and translation support, a dedicated communication address, and application tracking. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any university.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
All plans are one-time payments. Fees are charged at the time of purchase. Because our services begin immediately upon purchase, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally limited to services not yet rendered.
While we work to maximize your chances of acceptance, admission decisions are made solely by the universities. We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any institution or program.
You agree to provide truthful documentation and information. Submitting fraudulent or misleading documents is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account without refund.
FHApply.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including delays caused by third parties such as universities or government authorities.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
